Its been very busy since my last post. I’m still here and still going. Before Christmas I had difficult stretch in early December where I just wanted to eat more. I was also running more so I think it was a mixture of hunger due to running and the availability of food everywhere making me weak willed.
However, I was asked to make a cake for a friend’s dad’s birthday. It gave me a thing to concentrate on and I was please with it.
As most do I of cause gained weight over Christmas but in the first week back I lost 9lbs. So back on the straight and narrow and soon to be at target.
